As is well known to the public, the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla has been in a ceasefire position since March 1, 2025.

However, there has been no change in the intensity of the attacks by the occupying Turkish army. Along with its attacks from the air and ground, the Turkish army has increased its use of chemical weapons and banned explosives against our tunnels and positions recently.

The occupying Turkish army, unable to break the will of our comrades putting up a selfless fight, committed another crime against humanity on April 11 by intensively attacking our tunnels in the Girê Cûdî Resistance Area in the Şehîd Delîl Western Zap region with chemical weapons and banned explosives. As a result of these attacks, our comrades Besê and Mîtra, who wrote an epic by refusing to yield to the occupiers, fell as martyrs. The personal information of our immortal martyrs, who demonstrated the invincibility of the Apoist militant stance through their lives, struggles, and resistance, will be shared with our people and the public at a later date.

Attacks carried out by the occupying Turkish army with banned explosives;

— On April 24 and 26, our tunnels in the Girê Amediyê Resistance Area of the Şehîd Delîl Western Zap region were bombed twice with banned explosives.

Warplane attacks by the occupying Turkish army;

— On April 24 and April, the Girê Bahar Resistance Area of the Şehîd Delîl Western Zap region was bombed twice with warplanes.

Heavy weapon, artillery and howitzer attacks by the occupying Turkish army;

— Between April 24-25, the Sinînê and Lolan Resistance Areas of the Xakurkê region were bombed 6 times, the Zêvkê, Dêreşê, Girgaşê and Mijê areas of the Garê region were bombed 117 times, the Bêşîlî, Şêlazê and Serê Metîna areas of the Metîna region were bombed 560 times, and the Girê Amediyê and Girê Bahar Resistance Areas of the Şehîd Delîl Western Zap region were bombed 481 times were bombed with heavy weapons, artillery and howitzers.

Interventions carried out by our forces against the attacks;

On April 23, at 12:00, our YJA Star forces intervened against the invaders who wanted to attack our tunnels and positions in the Girê Bahar Resistance Area of the Şehîd Delîl Western Zap region.

— On April 25 at 13:05, the invaders who attacked our tunnels and positions with drilling excavators in the Girê Amediye Resistance Area of the Şehîd Delîl Western Zap region were intervened with semi-automatic weapons.
